Up dito sana mag karoon sila ng exam bago ma aprove na makabili ng mga ganyan

Those f*ckers almost got me into numerous accidents. I'm a motorcycle rider, and they drive dangerously on public roads (driving on fast lanes/motorcycle lanes, cutting, tailgating). Tapos sila pa yung galit!

If I could remember, they're not really allowed on public roads but I think there was a loophole to the law.

Regardless, hoping that they can be prevented from driving on public roads because it is really dangerous not only to others but to themselves as well.
