We will use 3D not only to get a detailed and precise base but as well use procedural particle generation (a field in which computers are way ahead of humans) to get an enormous amount of composition variation.
This will allow us to not only be extremely flexible but as well start working with general concepts and ideas and skip the process of drawing sketches since generated renders will give us interesting results which we might have not come up with on our own. Then in 2D we will make the scene more alive and believable, add extra detail level with photos, add elements that would otherwise be complicated or time-consuming in 3D, do post-processing and color corrections for the final image.
