Since hindi pa naayos ng Apple ang Apple intelligence, mas okay saken ang S25 ultra. I would probably consider iphone 17/18pro kapag lumabas.

I really liked my time using Samsung but, sadly, my work and personal devices have tied me to Apple.
I will say that the photo processing on most Samsung phone's really oversaturate colors and oversharpen images to the point of destroying detail. For that reason, if you like color-accuracy or fine detail, I'd pick an iPhone or a Pixel.
